Habit Tracker Series:

In power exchange relationships there is sometimes an emphasis on planning, tracking, and monitoring yourself or your partner. Often times it is difficult to do this and it’s easy to slack off after a short period of time. I thought it would be great to have a tracker that is a little bit more versatile and a bit easier to use. Here you’ll find a preview of my habit tracker and how to use it. I hope it will serve your needs and keep you focused on your goals.

Click here to find the habit tracker. You must download it so you can edit it yourself with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
